NakaLab（木曽上松なからラボラトリー）は、長野県木曽・上松町を拠点に活動する団体です。
私たちが舞台とするのは、伊勢神宮の式年遷宮の御用材を育て、森林浴発祥の地としても知られる赤沢自然休養林。樹齢を重ねた木曽檜の森が広がり、澄んだ空気と夜明けの光に満ちた、神宿る杜です。

About NakaLab
NakaLab (Kiso Agematsu Nakaraboratory) is an organization based in Agematsu Town, Kiso, Nagano Prefecture.
Our journey unfolds in the Akasawa Natural Recreation Forest—the celebrated birthplace of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) and the nurturing ground for the sacred timber used in the ritual rebuilding of the Ise Grand Shrine. This divine forest, where the gods reside, is home to majestic, centuries-old Kiso Hinoki cypress trees, filled with pristine air and the pure light of dawn.
We offer experiences designed to gently awaken your five senses:
- Early morning forest bathing guided by certified forest therapists
- Yoga at the scenic Nezame-no-toko gorge
- Seasonal bento boxes (Hakozen) savoring local natural blessings
- Aroma blending infused with the fragrance of Kiso Hinoki
